Renewed Confidence

Well I for one was happy with uniteds performance against Boro last night. We made two mistakes at the back and we were punished badly for them. Having said that, we controlled the ball brilliantly, our pasing and movement was sublime at times and we shoul have scored at least one more goal. It was a very positive performance, especially in light of our run of dodgey games and the absence of Scholes and I am now becomming renewed in confidence.
On a positive note, if the replay occurs between the Blackburn and Bolton games, does this mean that Scholes wil be back a game earlier then expected. If that is the case, that will be a huge boost for us. Negatively however was news that Van Der Sar injured himself before the game. Not good news at all.
As for me, I am heading out the door to play the 'Captains Drive' in my new golf club, Ballinrobe, this morning. It will be my first everclub competition there and I hope I give a good account of myself.
